1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the The Lazy Company Bakery website and subscription service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Subscription Service

The Lazy Company offers a monthly bread subscription service. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly in XCG via Sentoo
  • Payment windows open on the 15th of the prior month and close on the 2nd-to-last day of the prior month at midnight
  • Unpaid subscriptions are automatically cancelled after the payment window closes
  • Prices are fixed at the time of subscription creation

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in XCG (Curacao Guilder). Payment is processed through Sentoo QR codes. The monthly subscription cost is calculated based on the number of loaves per week multiplied by the number of weeks with your chosen pickup day in that month.

4. Pickup and Delivery

You are responsible for picking up your bread on your designated pickup day and at your chosen location. If you miss a pickup, we are not obligated to hold or redeliver your order, though we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate you.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time before paying for the next month. Once payment is made, refunds are not available for that billing period. Subscriptions that are not renewed will automatically expire at the end of the paid period.

6. Loyalty and Referral Programs

The Lazy Company offers loyalty rewards and referral bonuses at our discretion. After 3 consecutive completed subscription months, you earn 1 free loaf on your next order. Referral rewards are granted when a referred customer completes their first paid subscription. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue these programs at any time.

7. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Lazy Company Bakery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the current subscription period.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
